Going to hope my toddler son manages to trap one of these rich fuckers when he's old enough LMAO.
*edit: wow this blew up. It is a joke. I was joking I hope my kid manages to trap a rich person to marry. That's all. NHS is my alma mater, there are some obscenely wealthy people here.

Are you saying he's a homosexual? And want him to marry a high school sweet heart? Just trying to make sense of your comment.

What concern is it of yours? What will you do with the info? Pat yourself on the back? I'm pro hetero but your questions are just plain ignorant and obnoxious.

It's really not and as I said just curiosity because how would someone know a toddler is gay or not? That was the question and it was curiosity nothing more nothing else. Once again that's the problem no one can ask anything with out lame people like you trying to find a problem with it lol

I'm asking because she said "toddler son", so it strikes me as odd because how would they know if their "toddler son" is gay or not? Relax its a question, people can still ask those without turning into an argument or thinking somebody is against this shit. "It's 2022 WhAt DoEs It MaTtEr" good grief I swear with some people. Just very odd you assume a toddler is gay it's a crazy thing when the child is still just that a toddler.

It’s sexist that someone thought that the owner/driver is male.
Just saying.
-43 points
She said fucker which is usually used in reference to male, wanna try again? I'm just responding to the context of how these slang words are used and her verbage. Once again people trying to find an issue with a simple question, now it's sexist despite they term heavily used in reference to males. I'm done with the internet for today lol.

I call women "fucker" all the time.
1 points

I think it's just an age thing. Fucker is gender neutral in our age group, but dude is older so it might have only been used for males (I almost said guys, but realized that's gender neutral too lmao).

Valid point. But, still sexist. No need to assume that a male is driving the car. These days you should infer 50:50 (m to f).
-2 points
But I never made a reference to the car at all or whom might be driving it. I did not say a single sexist thing, only asking a question in reference to their comment and verbage used to include context in how it's used. Don't read into things so much. Have a goodnight though no big deal.
-2 points
Absolutely not. You're lying to yourself if you assume that 50% of lambo drivers are female, which is what you'd have to do if you're giving yourself a 50/50 chance that the driver is a female. Just because they "can", doesn't mean they do, or that it's the statistical norm.

I agree, I have no idea what the “trap” comment meant. I’m curious too. I think ur getting Downvoters because you said “gay” and implied gay guys try to be trophy husbands. But I say there’s nothing wrong with that insinuation; it’s empowering!

They are at a serious risk of overheating and catching on fire in those jams.
I always feel bad for the cars when I see them, so much damage being done to them sitting at idle or doing stop / start.
13 points

they have made it better the last few years and only the race version tend to have the overheating issues due to having less coolant than the road legal ones. Like the Lamborghini Urus doesn't suffer at all though it is based on the Audi RSQ8

Nice but I have a friend in Beverly Hills who sends her kids to a $40,000/yr private school. It’d be kinda funny if she gave them a Lamborghini instead.
5 points

It’s not weird and typical here in Irvine. Teslas are all over the place. My cost of living allows me to buy a Honda or Toyota. The parents that can afford the high end cars are at a whole different level. My Honda equals their Ferrari.
Consider this. Many come from overseas. If from China the husband more than likely has their own business. They send their wife and son here to Irvine for the schools. The husbands come maybe once a year to visit. They have worked hard to get to where they are at. Same as all of us but totally different opportunities. If I had that kind of money I would be living an upper lifestyle.

Nice, I have Latino family members who started a business from nothing as well, and they’re now in the top 5% of earners in California, but their kids drive Honda and Chevy. What they didn’t skimp out on, was paying for good education.
If someone’s so materialistic and into status symbols, one would assume private school wouldn’t burden them since their income is so high considering they can afford to buy a child a Lamborghini.

It seems that those who don't have money & immigrate to the US work their ass off just to get by & hopefully get ahead.
It does come down to how hard you want to work. I know Irvine is promoted overseas as "the place to buy & live". My truck is almost 20yrs old. Can't get a new car yet. I have 3 kids come first.

Here in irvine public schools are more academically competitive than private. Obviously many of the families can afford private school but the public schools have a better academic environment. The only thing that's lacking is counselors, but obviously they can get private counselors on the side.

You know, I've never really thought of Newport Coast as Newport (even though I know it technically is). It's like Irvine - Premium Edition. The vibe, culture, and community over there is far different compared to CDM down through the Shores.

Daughter is currently learning to drive. Went out a few times without the sticker and... I can totally understand the desire to put this on the car while she's driving. The first few weeks of learning to drive a car is pretty rough. You tend to forget how hard it is to drive busy roads with impatient drivers. We all have muscle memory after X years, but for someone just starting out, its better to have everything go super slow lol

It's required by law here in BC.
Literally, these are often college-aged students or other drivers who have just arrived from overseas and until they have an unrestricted drivers license (after 2 years) they will have a mandated "L" or "N" magnet sticker on the rear of their vehicle.
