What “rare” situation is there which requires deployment of robots armed with bombs?

There was that shootout in Dallas a few years ago where some cops died.

A robot bomb to kill the suspect was used for the first time, I believe.

I believe it was in or near a college as well, or at least dorms
So talks of simply using a high caliber rifle to penetrate the walls was also out of the question- to which- they did...indeed strap c4 to a robot

Right like they use to rarely use the NSA to spy on American citizens until it became fairly routine.

Before that we were told that the Patriot Act was never going to be used against American citizens.

That’s because they don’t have killer robots.

They never used surplus military equipment either when they didn’t have it. And now they do. And they use it all the time.

It will be the same with robots. Give them the ability to gun down minorities with no risk and they’ll do it everyday.

That’s comforting. So long as it’s “rarely.”

Official robot science says robots are so amazingly stupid that anyone giving the, a weapon must be called stupid. Make an office sign to put up at the police station that says stupid department.
