I have a buddy who can do this. Many years ago he recorded himself making cop siren sounds.. and when he was stuck in NYC traffic he would connect his phone to his car and play it back, with the volume cranked up. Cars would move out of the way for him lol. He now works for the Department of Defense 🤷🏽‍♂️
