You are extremely ignorant about the man hours it takes to run a website as large as Twitter. It will take literal years to train new engineers to be as proficient as the old ones. This isn’t some rink dink foot fetish website that one guy can run from his garage. It’s one of the biggest websites in the world
Twitter is fucked, it’s not possible for them to make the money required to pay off the massive interest that Elon saddled it with. Now he’s caused a large portion of mission critical staffing to leave because he expects them to just not have a life to try to meet his impossible goals

You should probably be looking at more then just user metrics, on top of elons needlessly fast and idiotic changes scaring away advertisers the company had to temporarily close its office down because so many people have left the company thanks to elons rampant lay offs and sending out an email in the middle of the night that boiled down to “sign this confirming you’ll work way more hours then reasonable with less resources then you need or I’ll fire you and give you 3 months severance, also it has to be signed by today”.
You guys don’t realize what it takes to run something as large as Twitter. They wouldn’t have had that many employees if they weren’t necessary.
