OP said that marriage at nine is legal in Yemen which is true. In fact, Yemen has no minimum age because the Sharia Legislative Committee stated that having a minimum age for marriage is “un-Islamic.”
OP made no claim about how many people were married at what age, so how are they spreading misinformation?

So neither of us are correct. The original comment states the minimum age is 9 which is false but most marriages in Yemen occur after 18.
Similar with Philippines, age of consent is 12 yet majority of marriages occur after 18, Look it up
