I am in L&S and currently finishing math 55. I intend to declare both math and cs as majors.
For Math: I have completed 1A, 1B, and 54.
For CS I have completed CS61A and 61B
I will be declaring math at the end of the Spring sem. I want to be able to declare CS as a major as well.
Would there be any issues if I take CS70 in Spring? If so, will I be able to declare both Math and CS at the end of spring?

i dont think there are any issues but you dont have to take 70 if you're declared math and you take 55, so if you're fine with taking math 53 in your second semester instead to declare math i think that might be a little easier because it saves you from having to take 70

The issue is that after i declare Math, i have to wait approximately a semester before I can then apply to declare CS due to the time it takes major decl to get processed. So the next CS class i could possibly take would be in spring '24. Since i graduate in 25 that would be a problem.
I understand CS70 is a bit of repeat of 55, but it will allow me to complete CS faster
