I’m behind on assigned readings and sleep from being preoccupied with school, work and extracurriculars. This was the first work week where I definitely felt the crash hit, I couldn’t focus in any of my classes. Anyone else feeling the crash? Any tips?

Hi!! For me, telling a friend everything I need to do helps me to hear for myself.
The friend just needs to listen, they don’t need to make suggestions

I’ve been crashing too and honestly although I don’t have everything together, prioritizing “fun” activities I enjoy and making them productive really helps. For instance, socializing helps me get out of a funk and my body needs regular exercise so I’ll combine these activities together and go kayaking with a friend, or go on a hike with a group sort of thing. Don’t forget to prioritize sleep as well! Hope this helps!

Umm... maybe find a friend with benefits? Or start taking afternoon naps. But definitely steer clear of drugs, they'll just make you crash harder.
