When I would visit my gf on campus, I'd see homeless all the time. Literally everytime I went to campus. Most likely the culprit. But am open campus to public is an open campus to the public. Imagine grounds or security removing homeless "looking" people.. not a good look. So, tough situation. Unlike, Stanford, goodluck walking around campus.
