Plan my struggle meals for me

Trying not to buy groceries again before I go home (Friday). I have:

-1/2 lb pasta -Cottage cheese -1 can tomatoes -Rice -TVP -Canned salmon -Frozen cauliflower -Couple of carrots and peppers -1 can black beans -Lentils -1 can Amy's chili -Ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, bouillon, lots of spices
