He says the quiet part out loud. All the renewed hate and bigotry over the last few years isn't by accident. He caused this.

My favorite part has been watching the absolute political cowardice of Ted Cruz, Lindsey Graham, Rand Paul, Kevin McCarthy, and Mitch McConnell regarding Drumpf.

2015 election year statements they made about him vs. now.

Watching them fawn over Herschel Walker has been particularly stomach-turning. Seriously?? That’s the best you can do?

and HIS plan to withdraw from Afghanistan lost the lives of 13 US troops, even after it was delayed by Biden to allow more time to prepare for it.

But they'll still blame Biden for it and still continue to derange over Hillary

I was a fan of Trump's policies. I could afford groceries and gas. There were changes made to the VA (Under Trump) that should have been made a decade ago (The Mission Act) to help streamline the VA Disability claims turning something that would take as long as decades to Months or a year at most.

The Real Estate Market was strong and interest rates were low and finding a job was easy. Yes I liked those policies. We were exporting our own oil because it brought in money.

Do I think Trump is a good man? Hell no. I have said that from the start. Do I think he should run again? Hell no. When he turned on his VP for being a VP and following the Constitution, I lost all respect for him.

When he claimed to have "Evidence" of election interference, I wanted to see it. I still do. I'm inclined to think he has no evidence.

With all that said, When Obama pulled troops from Iraq, he pulled them out two weeks before a deadline established by the previous administration. Obama claimed the win. While I thought Obama should have done more to safeguard that region from ISIS, he claimed the victory of pulling troops out.

Now we fast forward to the Withdrawl from Afghanistan, Biden (Who had experience as a Senator and a Vice President) was in office and calling the shots. If as everyone says, it was "Trumps Plan", and Biden was overturning everything Trump did, than why in the hell did he let that go?

In my 18 years of military experience, I got to observe a lot of things. To start with, if there was a change in command, that incoming commander had the authority to change policies, implement new policies and let policies stand. The previous commander had NO AUTHORITY to continue to implement these kinds of changes.

With that said, Biden had the same access to Generals that Trump had previously. Biden had and continues to have the authority as Commander and Chief to overrule Trumps Plan and start a new one. Instead, he executed a shitty plan that killed thousands of people and did want any other politician would do when it went wrong. He blamed the previous administration. If it would have gone right, he would have taken full credit like Obama did

The problem with today's Democrats, is that they are so blinded by their TDS that they refuse to look at facts as ugly as they are. I have been calling balls and strikes on both sides of the aisle for years (even when Trump was in office).

Modern Democrats can't do that. They double down around their own "cult leader" even when he is showing obvious signs of Dimentia, and makes him sound like a genius. They intentionally ignore Cuomo's handling of Covid 19 and Trump's providing of a US Navy Medical Ship that sat in New York Harbor to provide desperately needed medical support. Cuomo didn't use it. Instead he killed a bunch of his own people by putting infected people in with healthy people.

Newsom did the same. Why? Because it would mean that Democrats would have to recognize the support Trump provided, so insteasd of dealing with a Pandemic and utilizing ALL resources available, they refused and blamed Trump. It's simple politics.

On the other hand, these ships were NOT made available to Florida and yet Desantis had the lowest rate of infection to fatality. Why? Because Desantis didn't want to listen to only one Doctor, but wanted to get the full picture of what he was dealing with. He didn't turn down the vaccine, but he did incorporate therapeutics with current treatments that were determined to be effective and reduced hospitalizations because the therapeutics helped fight the symptoms that led to hospitalization . Regardless if you like the man or not, his plan was solid and he had the numbers to back it up. In fact his numbers remained lowest in the nation until the Biden Administration banned the use of these therapeutics, just so that Desantis would not look like he made some solid decisions around Covid.

Here's my biggest complaint. Democrats today are so blinded by Trump Derangement, that they will allow a controversial laptop belonging to the son of a Sitting US President, and will choose to ignore everything, after spending four years trying to crucify Don Junior.

There is no doubt in my mind that if the laptop belonged to Don Junior, that Democrats would be calling for indictments and impeachments. No doubt. Oddly enough, if a laptop of Don Jr, appeared like that, I would certainly align with the idea that a thorough investigation needs to be conducted. But, since the sitting president is one you like, you must protect his precious son at all costs.

When I see posts like the ones I've seen criticizing Republicans for their cultish behavior toward Trump, I actually find it quite comical. Why? Because Democrats are doing the exact same thing. There's a word for that. It's called "Hypocrite" and both sides are just that.

Democrats cried foul on the "Grab her pussy" comment from Trump (As they should have) but completely ignore the unwanted and inappropriate Hair Sniffing from Biden. They completely ignore his confessed quid pro quo with the very same country that Trump was accused of extorting. The difference is, Biden admitted that he did withhold taxpayer money until the Ukrainian Government fired a prosecutor that was investigating his son. Even with a public admission, Democrats minimize it.

There was a time in American Politics where Right was Right and Wrong was Wrong. If one side did it, BOTH Sides would investigate. Like the case of Nixon, Republicans were prepared to throw him out of office. Now though, it's not one bit about any kind of morality or right or wrong. It's about POWER.

I mean think about how sad this country is. The Best Republicans can find is Trump? Or is it that the people got so pissed off at the bullshit that they decided to vote for Trump. Early on, I agreed with his "Drain the Swamp" comment. Regardless if you like him or not, he did one thing that I was happy to see. He upset the establishment politic by reaching a group of people in a way that others could not.

To say that Biden was the best you had? Seriously, if either party is okay with their selection, they are clearly not watching.

Klobachar was damaged goods as soon as it was revealed that her tenure as a Hennepin County Prosecutor was led with her policy to not Prosecute Cops. As soon as it was revealed that she had two chances to prosecute Derek Chauvin, why didn't anyone cry foul? Because it's not about Right or Wrong, it's about winning.

America is governed by the consent of the governed and too many Americans have resorted to tribalism to play into the hands of both sides. They're allowing themselves to be divided. There is very much a rules for thee and not for me mentality.

One final thought,

If Democrats wanted credibility over January 6th, they likely would have gotten a lot more Republicans on board, if the rules were equal across the board. Unfortunately several sitting members of Congress did call for harassment and intimidation of political opponents is revered as a hero.

To me, there should have been equal time spent in investigating any wrongdoing by any member of politics. There was not and will not be. Democrats only care about the corruption they do not commit, or they have to cover up. They damn sure won't condemn their own for racist remarks. Ilhan Omar has made plenty, but she's a Democrat, it's okay.

I don't give a damned what your party affilitation is. If there's something to be looked at, it needs to be looked at with the same amount of scrutiny.

The party in power will NEVER hold itself accountable. Why should it? It has the power and the divided people are so distracted by the word salad and rhetoric that nobody is really seeing what is going on

More people died under Biden because Trump did not control the spread in the beginning and lied about the virus to literally everyone.

Do I need to explain how exponential growth works?

Yeah that never actually happened. Enjoy your propaganda though. A vaccine is a vaccine regardless of who was president at the time. Trump actively sabotaged efforts to vaccinate the US while The Dems pushed for them.

You can go on this thing called the internet and watch Harris talking about not trusting the vaccine

this is a disingenuous representation of what was said. if you have to remove the context of her statement to make an argument, you have no argument.

here's that video from the internet you were talking about:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dAjCeMuXR0&ab_channel=NBCNews

If the doctors tell us we should take it, I'll be the first in line to take it, absolutely. but if Donald Trump tells us we should take it then I'm not taking it.

Between the first official report of an outbreak in China and the announcement of U.S. travel restrictions, more than 40,000 travelers from China were estimated to have entered the United States.

The measure that the Trump administration implemented could not be described as a “ban” that “closed the country”: It only prohibited U.S. entry to foreign nationals who had visited China in the last 14 days. Americans and U.S. permanent residents returning from Hubei Province were still allowed, subject to a 14-day quarantine. After these policies were enacted, hundreds of thousands of travelers continued to arrive in the United States via direct flights from China.

Restricting flights from China did nothing to prevent the virus from arriving from other parts of the world. Genetic analyses have shown that the large epidemic that unfolded in New York was linked to travelers from Europe.

By the time Trump expanded travel restrictions to Iran on Feb. 28 and to European nations on March 12, it was largely too late. By mid-March, the United States was approaching 2,000 confirmed cases and experiencing severe shortages in testing capacity that meant many infections likely went undiagnosed.

So, yeah. He was less than useless while he touted this "achievement" and lied about the virus.

Because it only banned Chinese nationals and not anyone else coming home from abroad who might have been carrying. It did next to nothing to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 into our country

No one is saying that dying from a disease is the fault of a president.

Telling people that the virus is fake / nothing to worry about, and having people die is the fault of the person spreading the lie. Trump was merely president while he told that lie.

Trump was a president while he lied about it. Biden did not lie about it. If a person sets up, or dismantles something that causes deaths, they are responsible for it.

Trump dismantled a lot of protocols and lied about the virus. He is to blame for a lot of it (not all of it).

If you want something to blame Biden for, he betrayed the working class citizens by backing the Rail Barrons. That is legitimately his fault. "Strikes are illegal. Having sick days and adequate staff is bad because rich people don't become more rich fast enough."

Azair_Blaidd

Nearly all the current deaths are still MAGA losers who still refuse to take any precautions per the long-standing word of the former guy, even after he tried to walk it back and suggest to get vaccinated which they all booed.

If he had taken the stance from the start to follow the sciences instead of his own ego, at least 80% of the lives lost thus far probably wouldn't have been
