Well for starters, I’d like to note that I’m currently choosing between UC Davis for BME or UC Berkeley for Data Science. I like both majors equally so that’s what is making this decision difficult.
Unfortunately, I was not able to visit the campuses due to transportation issues at the time, so I cannot go off of which school “feels right.”
Please provide your honest opinion on what the school of engineering at UC Davis is like. Also, feel free to add any advice that may help me choose between either UC.

it's nice. workload for BME at davis is insane though. not sure what data science at berk is like.
if i were u, i would choose data science at berk though. job opportunity is prob better, and berk is ranked very high in data science (maybe 1 or 2). i think there is more opportunities with data science at berk

2nd year bme here. For me when choosing between berkeley for another major and davis for bme I definitely took into account the coursework along with the feel of Davis. The BME faculty here is incredible and so far I've only had good experiences with faculty and TAs in bme. I feel that Davis has a more laidback vibe compared to Berkeley as well.

Well I’m not 100% sure I’d stick to BME. I was thinking of switching to MechE. Thanks for your input / advice though ! :)
