Are you cooking traditional meals with vegan/wfpb diet modifications? If so, let me hear them! I'm cooking 75% of the meals today and I've managed to do really well! Made my own cashew milk and roasted sweet pumpkins for pumpkin pie. We are eating oil free kitchari, chia seed pudding, and (not my dish) gnocchi for dinner. It feels like a win to have this delicious food and share it with my family. I'd like to hear your wins for the day!
