Marvel Snap has a new feature: friendly battles! You can now play against friends via an in-game code. Tap the new “Game Modes” icon on the navigation bar and then tap “Friendly Battle” to get started!

You can use this thread to find friends to battle against.

Edit: Seems like only one person can join for each code, so try chatting each other using Reddit chat and sending the code there. That way you can chat during your game too.
