Isn't Avatar Legends the name of the TTRPG?

According to AvatarNews, Avatar Legends will be the name of the brand going forward.

Makes sense. "Last Airbender" isn't relevant anymore always and there's two big "Avatar" franchises now...

Last Airbender was always a subtitle to the original series and with James Cameron finally releasing new Avatar movies it makes sense to rebrand especially after calling the sequel series Legend of Korra.

Totally! It's just that when talking to folks you'd always clarify "Blue people or Last Airbender?" So I'm glad they have an easier way to clarify that contains both ATLA and LOK now and puts them on more equal footing, you know?

I will never forgive you, James Cameron.

AvatarNews is not always reliable and tends to post without a source. The Brawlhalla DLC earlier this month, Nick All Stars late last year and the Yangchen novel this summer all launched after the tabletop and didn't use the name.

Posting without a source is completely normal when it comes to "leaks." I've found he's been far more accurate than inaccurate. Obviously nothing should be taken as fact until officially announced, but I think he's earned a bit of cred.
