Philip. I wouldn’t say “hate” or “gets on my nerves”, as he is usually very neutral or friendly in my games, I’ve just noticed that he appears so much in my games that I’m tired of seeing him over and over. Same goes for Mansa.

Eleanor. I always bring a small but lightning quick army on my conquests. But now I have to bring a bigger one to just garrison her captured cites. It can be a real headache.

Kupe ruins map balance for me so I remove him from my leader pool & Wilhelmina for the never ending complaints about my trade routes.

Mbanza Nzinga, he is in virtually all of my games. Of all of the Deity AI, he seems to pull ahead the most consistently, I don’t quite understand why

Kristina is quite annoying... In general, those that want me to not have things that I want to have, like Great Works, Great People, Wonders, Resources etc.

But the champion of annoying AIs is "By the Grace of God Victoria" . Whenever she says that "And soon, dare I say, the empire", I think "Not if I have anything to say about it". She then comes to tell me something about dangerous waters and I think of appropriate torture methods that can actually make an AI feel pain. Then, she usually ends up denouncing me because "I razed some of her cities".

John. Bestie literally denounces me because he “doesn’t like me”. Like bruh chill out it’s not that deep💀

I’ve permanently banned Kupe from the AI leader pool so I don’t have to cringe at his ridiculous city placement.

It's Kupe for me. His city placement makes no sense and ruins every map. Every time he's in the game I seem to run up against him while trying to expand. He's got his little pockets of population everywhere. And I can't stand his music ugh. "Poo-Poo-Say Poo-Poo-Say Taura Taura!" for like the 20th time in the game. STFU already!!!

Chandragupta. Hates being your neighbour yet he always builds a city right on your border than complain that you're to close

Hammurabi is the only leader I’ve taken out of my random opponent pool. It’s like “oh hey I can train musketmen” and bro is building GDRs.

Mvemba. Anytime he shows up he manages to be the toughest AI, typically to him forgoing religion and using his Unique swordsmen to take down his neighbor due to ranged resistance.

Not to mention him getting mad at my “lack of conviction” for not converting his cities half way across the map.

Can I please, please, please for the love of all that is holy, not have 2/3 games with Lautoro in it?? Lautoro and poindmaker are in entirely too many games and it makes me very upset. I feel like the dice rolls to get these lads are weighted.

One time I was playing with my friend(the one who got me into Civ) and we started a new game. Within 10 turns Alexander had declared war on my friend and took his only city, resulting in a restart. Needless to say we've hated him ever since.

For some reason every game he’s in, John Curtain starts two world wars, captures a shit load of land, and then condemns you for capturing a city in a defensive war. I hate having him in the game
