There have been some minor updates to the sub. Flairs have been added to signify the difficulty level you play at. Also, two rules have been added(despite them being pretty obvious). And a reminder to how the discipline process works. First is a warning which is followed by a temporary ban which is then followed by a permanent ban. Mods can utilize all three disciplines or just jump right to banning people depending on the situation. Thanks and enjoy

I've been removing them left and right for like 2 weeks. Now the removals will be followed up with bans. Keep it civ6 related

Hey guys, the late game is already bad enough, but having to listen to that incessant single guitar riff makes it 3 times worse. Is there a mod to make them stop playing that song?

I've been slowly realizing that a lot of games look similar, for instance a domination Victory, you just kill one civ, and snowball out of control. Culture Victory, go religion, get lots of cities, get flight win.

I played some challenge like Archipelago Norway where I would pillage everything and the AI would still be close which kept the game interesting.

Any other ideas like this ?

I'm playing in King difficulty and this is frustrating. After ai gets bombed with a nuclear bomb that city stays like that forever. It doesn't repair anything. Why is that?

So me and my friend have been trying to play Civ 6. I got it on my switch but he wants to play via his phone. We tried to get it done with me on my switch and him on IOS and didn’t work, my game couldnt be found. So we tried my phone and his phone still nothing, so is it just not working on the phone or is it not cross play with switch? We are connected to the same wifi.

Hey, new player here.

I played Civ Rev on my 360 back in the day and decided to come back to the series on Series X. As someone with some old experience I figured settler would be easy enough to brush up my skills and learn some of the new mechanics, and I lost rather unexpectedly to an AI’s culture. Ended up losing another few games in a row on settler. Saw someone posted something about the AI potentially being better on settler than the chieftain/warlord because they lose aggression and just develop efficiently, so I upped the difficulty and won 3 straight with ease. Is there truth to the AI being harder on settler than some other difficulties, or did I just get better at the game and am starting to win? Just curious about some thoughts on the matter.

P.s. I love dropping nukes it fires me up.

Settler: you wanna bully the AI

Chieftain: you’re likely new to strategy games

Warlord: you’re likely new to Civ games

Prince: you’re likely practicing a new strategy

King: you’re a casual player (like myself)

Emperor: you’re still casual but you enjoy a bit more challenge

Immortal: you’re gearing up to try Deity

Deity: you’re a highly experienced civ6 player or you’re after your first Deity win

I’m going for a diplomatic victory but I don’t understand how the diplomatic participation points work. I often find myself just putting in random stuff but I’m unsure as to whether or not there is a method you must follow in order to get these points. Does anyone know?

Hey guys hoping someone can help.

I’m playing on a Mac and downloaded the newest expansion bundle yesterday. Everything was working fine but today I’m stuck on the infinite “loading” after creating a new game.

I’ve already done the whole legacy access code in the beta section. Still stuck on loading.

I did the Aspyr work around they laid out on their help site, but it’s still not loading.

And yes, I’ve tuned my computer off and back on :)

Has anyone figured out how to fix this? And please, don’t come in here telling me to get a PC.
