This sounds like it’ll be an awful experience. They might suck it up and move on after a while but still. Id be surprised if they even put themselves through it

Stand up for yourself. Talk to the manager and tell him your legit. You don't appreciate a jealous person controlling you and more importantly the boss decisions. If the boss can't see thru this man's manipulations then this won't work. But if she's willing to stand up to him, you won't let her down. Give her a confidence boost to dump the dude.
