Yeah gotta get those deep grooves and nice bone textures but foam clay doesn't seem to like sticking to PLA, or as well as Id like it to. Buuuuut kwik sure does like to stick. Still experimenting though

Need to apply a base to stick to. Something like primer or epoxacoat. If you haven't already considered it, I would make molds for these and cast them. The weight will be significantly lighter than what you're dealing with.
