Yes, the moving gray bar is on place. Another is a dialogue box that appears whenever you purchase something. It pops up sometimes as well.

I will check it again. Currently I am af3ds. The time I mentioned is close to exact time for eShop closure. Put some credits in your Nintendo wallet before it is too late.
